Originally from upstate New York, Denise moved to Sarasota County in 1988. Prior to getting into real estate, Denise worked in the legal field for nine years in various positions, most recently as a Certified Legal Assistant Specialist for a solo practitioner in Sarasota, and prior to that as a Domestic Violence Advisor for the State Attorney’s Office.
Her diverse legal background has made her particularly focused with attention to detail, always keeping the best interest of the client in mind. She has a genuine passion for the business and strives to build relationships with her clients based on honesty and trust. Her belief is that integrating core values into her performance will ultimately equal obtaining the best result for the client.
Denise also believes very strongly in this community. She is an active member in the Young Women’s Club of Venice, a member of the Young Professional Group of Sarasota and is also on the 2006 Social Committee with the Sarasota Board of Realtors, of which there are 5000 members. She also volunteers with the Sarasota County Public School Board.
Denise enjoys cooking, golfing and boating with her family. She is married and has two children who are enrolled in the Sarasota County Public School system.
